– Project Description
Cisco was looking to identify up-and-coming tech talent for future co-op and full-time opportunities. So, they invited computer science and engineering students to Swim with the Big Fish, and work out of their cutting-edge North American Innovation Centre for 48 hours surrounded by their IoT technologies and prototypes.
Working alongside mentors from Cisco, the hackers experimented with wearables, beacons, geofencing, sensors, and 3D printers to build IoT solutions.
Participants were able to first-handedly experience the most advanced technologies on the market and Cisco talent representatives had the opportunity to see hackers in tight-quarters and under strict timelines.
